• These RWS Cleaning Pellets are great for a new air rifle. New airguns come with oil in the barrel to protect it and these cleaning pellets will help remove excess oils prior to taking your first shots on target.
• We do not recommend using cleaning pellets with the Umarex Octane or similar air rifles that have permanently attached SilencAir Technology suppressors.
• BE ADVISED: Felt cleaning pellets are too light to be shot through spring/gas piston air guns. To use a cleaning pellet in a spring gun, use a rod to push it through.
• In .22 calibers that shoot 800 fps or higher, it is best to use no fewer than three cleaning pellets at one time to prevent the piston from bottoming out.
